All vehicles in the UAE are obliged to obtain a valid Insurance Policy to be able to acquire Vehicle License, some of the trucks’ insurance covers only the vehicles, and other trucks insurance is comprehensive, and some trucks are third-party insured.

Not all the time, however drivers have received safety vests with TRUXX logo.
According to our cancellation policy, the customer can cancel the trip for free as long as there’s no driver has been assigned. The customer also can cancel for free when the driver is assigned with a timeframe of 5 minutes, however when the customer will cancel the trip after the timeframe of 15 minute a cancellation fare will be deducted of 80 AED, if the customer decided to cancel the trip after the driver arrived to pickup location then full amount will be charged on the customer.
